My name is Kristin Carlson! I am a beloved grandmother, elementary school teacher, and yoga instructor from the Pacific Northwest who seeks to live well into her silver years.
I will empower you to live well into your silver years by guiding you through practices that promote mobility and strength, as well as support your self-awareness, sense of connection, and inner peace. I will guide you into the freedom of letting go while loving what you hold dear.
Why Seniors?
Seniors are the storehouses of wisdom and the source of inspiration for upcoming generations. If you are a senior, you have experienced suffering and are acquainted with grief. If you are a senior, you have loved and have been loved. If you are a senior, you have been refined, and what often remains is a heart open to honesty, courage, and connection. My desire is for seniors to live well into their silver years, to be mobile, curious, and playful, so that they can be an influential and positive presence in the lives of those around them.
What to Expect for a Newcomer:
Newcomers to yoga can expect clear, safe, and engaging instruction. Videos are meticulously crafted for precise demonstration of poses, with safety cues provided for a secure practice environment. Beyond technicalities I aim to inspire and bring enjoyment to the practice through immersive visuals, soothing narration, and occasional light-hearted moments, encouraging newcomers to explore yoga’s transformative power with enthusiasm.
